It was fun to do a training course with user researchers at HMRC. Each person gave us an example of a survey they were working on. We hoped for examples at all stages from “a few ideas in a survey brief” through to “data for analysis”, and we got a rich variety.
We used these slides. They do not have any details of the examples – you had to take part in the course to see those.
For more material on using survey methods see my book, Surveys That Work and additional resources I’m currently posting to this site.
